Kansas City’s Fall Festivals
Autumn in Kansas City is a beautiful time to get outdoors. Because of the beautiful skies, there are lots of fall festivals in the area. Upcoming Outdoor Fun
- Fall Swing Pop-Up is this weekend on October 13, 2018 – October 14, 2018 at Swope Park in Kansas City, MO. The event will highlight the visual art, music, dance, theater, film, poetry and culinary arts that progress social change throughout the city.
- Leawood, KS hosts the Into the Night Festival this weekend! The evening will feature fun things to do like a petting zoo, games, train rides, crafts, exhibits at Prairie Oak Nature Center, a live fortuneteller, a face painter, balloon artistry, and storytellers. There will even be s’more making! Admission to the event is $10 and there will be additional food and drink for sale.
- The Culture House Stage & Studio at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS is hosting Balloon Day! The day is completely free for kids this Saturday until 1:00 p.m. – get a free balloon and interact with the Arts Station!
- Lee’s Summit, MO is hosting its three-day festival, Summit Art Festival, this weekend. The festival will highlight art and music along with showcasing over 200 pieces of art by local students. The event is free, parking is free, and refreshments will be provided.
