Once again, our team wants to focus on the community events happening in Kansas City, MO, this month. Just because the weather is cold, doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty to see and do in our city! In addition, don’t forget that we’re always here to help you on your journey to a healthy smile.
Community Events
- Winter Jam Tour: The Winter Jam Tour Spectacular 2020 will take place on Friday, January 24th with doors opening at 6pm and shows starting at 7pm. Tickets are only $15 at the door, and you can see multiple artists and bands performing, including Crowder, Hillsong Young and Free, Andy Mineo, Building 429, and more! The show takes place at the Sprint Center on 1407 Grand Boulevard.
- Boat and Sports Show: The annual Kansas City Boat and Sport Show will take place from January 9th through the 12th at Bartle Hall on 301 West 13th Street. Enjoy a look at the latest models and a few classics, a fun event for the whole family!
- Cirque du Soleil: Now is the perfect time to check our Cirque Du Soleil’s ice-skating extravaganza, Axel! The show will take place on Thursday, January 30th at 7:30pm at the Sprint Center on 1407 Grand Boulevard. Tickets range from $44 to $125, and the show will be taking place until February 2nd. Enjoy a moving story, incredible acrobatics and skating, and more with the whole family!
- Ghost Hunt: Enjoy a spooky winter evening at the John Wornall House on Friday, January 17th! The historic home is located on 6115 Wornall Road. You can enjoy a ghost hunt, hear stories of experiences in the home, and pick from unlimited refreshments throughout the night. You can use genuine ghost hunting equipment, speak with an onsite psychic, and even explore certain sections of the house alone!
